A quiet, calm space for reflection
Why an assessment

A name for what
you've always
felt.

Many children and adults spend years sensing the world a little differently than the people around them, and quietly working harder to keep up. An assessment isn't a label. It's permission to stop guessing.

Whether it's for yourself or your child — seeking a formal diagnosis, support at school, work or university, or simply a clearer understanding — this is a careful, considered place to begin.

Understand yourself.

Make sense of patterns you've noticed for years.

Access support.

Use your report to seek adjustments at work, study or care.

Move forward.

With clarity, language, and a plan that actually fits you.

You don't need to arrive certain. You just need to be ready to look honestly. We'll take it from there.

What's included

A careful process,
end to end.

Every assessment follows the same considered structure, so you know what to expect and never feel rushed.

A pre-assessment conversation

A short call to understand what you're hoping for and whether assessment is the right next step.

Structured clinical assessment

Gold-standard diagnostic tools including the ADOS and ADI-R, used by Chartered Psychologists and paced gently across one or two sessions.

A written diagnostic report

A clear, plain-language report you can keep, share with your GP, employer or university.

A feedback session

Time to talk through the findings together, ask questions, and explore what they mean for you.
